Types of Service
Platinum Service
"Platinum Service” is the only plan we offer. It provides comprehensive coverage for an individual or a family. The person(s) eligible for the services described in Section 2, in Terms of Service, shall be the Covered Member; spouse or Domestic Partner; children under the age of 21 who live with the Covered Member; and children under the age of 24 who are full-time students.
All orders are final. If subscriber chooses to cancel during the term of service, payment will not be pro-rated. However, cancelled service will continue until the renewal date, and at that time the service will not be renewed.
